Change can be a scary thing. Something that you may feel you aren’t capable of.
But I believe in you.

Change starts with believing in yourself.
What happened when you were in high school, and you were told you weren’t smart enough for something. You started to believe it, right?
Or what if you were stuck in an unhappy relationship, constantly being told no one would want you? You would start to believe it.
Change starts with a mindset shift.
Easier said than done.

Ability to Adapt
Have you noticed when a curveball is thrown at you in life, usually you somehow manage to find a way to adapt and roll with it?
Why is that?
Naturally, humans are extremely good at adapting when needed, but for some reason it’s so much harder to adapt and change when there is a choice.

Picture yourself in the life of your dreams.
How is it different from where you are now?
What do you need to change to achieve it?
Imagine all the possibilities in life if you just believed in yourself. Imagine all those positive changes coming to fruition!
The Starting Steps
Get in touch with your thoughts. Keep a journal (yes, I know I love to talk about journalling, but it really does work).
Write down all your thoughts and actions in this journal, and at the end of the week, go back and reflect on your behaviours. Think about why you did what you did, why you reacted in a certain way and how you can do it differently next time.
Chat with your life coach if you have one! If you don’t – this could be a great starting step for you.
The most important thing to remember is change takes time AND effort. Without these 2 things, change can’t happen.
